Grief Support Group

Grief Support Group In-Person

Grief is a normal reaction to loss.  When a loved one dies, we may experience a mix of painful feelings including loneliness, guilt, and emptiness.  Grief is a healing process that moves us toward feeling whole again.  While there are universal experiences to the process, each one of us grieves in our own unique way.  Grief support groups offer an opportunity to meet with others who are experiencing a loss.  Sharing with others can help to lessen the feelings of isolation and pain.  They can help you to know you are not alone.

This grief support group is led by Steve Cornelius, a Bereavement Coordinator with Compassus Hospice.  It meets the fourth Wednesday of every month in the Board Room.  No registration required.
