Teen Anime Club In-Person
Anime Club in the Teen Space! Every month we'll watch a couple episodes of anime, chat, and vote on what to watch next time!
We use the following sites for age ratings and reviews:
- Internet Movie Database supplies age ratings from various sources, including different countries in the case of international material.
- MyAnimeList is a fan community that rates anime. The age recommendations here tend to be stricter than TV or MPAA guidelines.
- Funimation & Viz Media both provide age ratings for their shows.
Parents and guardians are responsible for determining what library programs their children can attend. If you are uncomfortable with your teen viewing material rated PG13/TV14 (or their international equivalent), this club may not be a good fit.
As we continue to navigate the ongoing public health situation, we may need to transition this in-person program to a virtual offering. Please check your email for notifications of any changes regarding how this program is held. Otherwise, we are looking forward to seeing you at the Library!
