Starting Your Veteran Owned Business In-Person
Are you a veteran, just leaving the military, or a family member of a military member? Do you want to explore the opportunity to have your own business and be your own boss? This event is for you!
Come to the Library for a panel discussion with three local veterans who started their own businesses to hear about the process, challenges, and rewards involved with starting a business. Presenters include Andy Weins of Green Up Solutions, Jonas Mack of Smoked at 225, and Patrick Yates of Fastsigns. Tammie Clendenning, Lead Economic Development Specialist for the Wisconsin District of the U.S. Small Business Administration will also be intendance to provide advice and input to future entrepreneurs. A representative from the Wisconsin Veterans Chamber of Commerce will be in attendance as well.
