If so, join us for a discussion about distinguished AI researcher, Stuart Russell’s book: Human Compatible: Artificial Intelligence and the Problem of ControlHuman Compatible will help us better understand the past, present, and possible futures of AI, including why a growing number of researchers are worried about whether AI will threaten our jobs, relationships, and civilization itself.  Stuart Russell begins a conversation about how governments, researchers, and individuals can relate to our next frontier of humans versus machines.

Limited copies of each Just the Facts nonfiction book club selection will be available at the second floor information desk at least four weeks in advance of the discussion.  There may also be copies in your preferred format online at www.cafelibraries.org.
